The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services Currently accepting applications for the 2021 DCFS scholarship program. Students must be between the ages of 16 and 20 by the date of March 31st. Recipients have the opportunity to receive up to 5 years of tuition and academic fee waivers for participating Illinois state colleges, a monthly grant, and a medical card. Please remember that the applications must be turned in to the GO five school days before the actual due date.
