2023 Pittsfield High School After Prom Sauk Hop
The PHS Class of 2024 junior parents will be hosting an After Prom party junior and senior PHS students on Saturday, April 29, 2023. The After Prom will be held at PCS from midnight to 4:00 am.
The goal for After Prom is to keep kids off the roads and provide them with an alternative to engaging in risky behavior. Students can enjoy a safe, fun, and substance-free celebration with their friends. After Prom is planned by parent volunteers. It is 100% funded with money raised by the After Prom Committee through fundraisers and the generous support of businesses and individuals in our community.

important and appreciated. If you would like to request a donation pickup or have any fundraising questions, please text or call Kim Ator at 217-248-0982 or send an email to ator4@irtc.net. Please send monetary donations to Kim Ator or the PHS Office at 201 E. Higbee, Pittsfield, IL 62363. Checks should be payable to PHS After Prom.

2. APRIL 10, 2023 - Dine and Donate at Texas Roadhouse in Quincy, IL
The PHS baseball and softball teams are both scheduled to play in Quincy on April 10. Take this opportunity to enjoy dinner with friends and family while fundraising for the PHS After Prom.
Please note that Pikeland Schools are not in attendance on this date. Treat your family to dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Quincy, IL and 10% of your food purchase will be donated to the PHS After Prom. You need to present a hard copy or digital copy of the flyer at the
restaurant for your purchase to be eligible for the fundraiser. A digital copy of the form will be available in the Pikeland Electronic Backpack and Facebook.
3. WE NEED YOU!
It takes people with many different talents and skills to make this event successful. Volunteers will be needed in many different areas such as handling the check-in process, monitoring entertainment activities, managing casino tables, serving food, security, and prize distribution.

Please respond by Tuesday, April 4, 2023 if you can help in any way. This will give us time to manage our budget for purchasing food, decorations, entertainment, and prizes. It will also allow us time to develop a plan for where volunteers will be needed and assigned.
