The Saukee baseball season comes to an end in the Regional Championship with a 4-0 loss to Pleasant Plains. Finishing with a record of 22-11, making four seasons in a row with 20 or more wins and seniors being a part of 90 total wins in their high school career. Varsity baseball team defeated Williamsville in the Regional semifinals by the score of 7-5. They will play Pleasant Plains at 10am on Saturday for the Regional Championship in Riverton!
The varsity softball season came to an end last night in the Regional Semifinals against QND with a 2-1 loss. The team finished with a 22-9-1 record, first 20 win season since 2005! Great season ladies!

(PHS) Mrs. Phillips' Chemistry classes used sidewalk chalk to do practice problems then present to their classmates. They found the mass of their chalk before and after their work to calculate the amount of chalk they used. Then students calculated how much chalk they used in both moles and representative particles.

(PHS) Mrs. Shade's Photojournalism class walked to our beautiful square on Friday to practice portrait photography. They've been studying composition the past couple of weeks preparing for their final project. They will each be making a 4-page student newspaper called "The Saukee." They will be taking pictures, as well as conducting interviews and writing stories. Thank you to all of the local businesses that let them utilize the interiors of your buildings. 📸❤️
